This limited warranty provided by the manufacturer in no way affects a potential statutory warranty provided by law.

45-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

We have a 45-day return policy for purchases from this website (Only for kaim toy registered users). Once the returned item arrives back in kaim toy warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To process return and refund, please follow the steps:

Sign in to your kaim toy account, locate the order, then file a warranty claim by clicking the “warranty” button to proceed. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you haven't received the package, please contact our service team, then reject to sign on the package, then the package will be returned automatically to our warehouse. You will receive the order refund in 1-3 business days once the product is retured to warehouse.

Refund requests for the 45-day money-back guarantee expire 45 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 45-day window. For purchases not made directly through Mpow’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
kaim toy 12-month limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through kaim toy authorized distributors and retailers, such as Walmart and BestBuy, are handled through retailers.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a new product. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, kaim toy will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Warranties on all replacements follow warranty of 3 months after being replaced. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products as gifts or prizes (win from contest or giveaway). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items from points stores or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Charges
No additional charges will be added to the customers on the refund process. However, some credit card issuers may charge for international transactions. For details, please turn to your card issuer for assistance.

In the return process, customers will pay the shipping fee for returned items once they received the package. If the customer hasn't received the package and files a return request, no return fee will be added.
